Chef Qui began her career 20 years ago after attending the Art Institute in Los Angeles, CA. Over the years she has worked in a variety of kitchens from fast food to fine dining. Her style of cooking is elegantly simple that highlights local, seasonal, and sustainable flavors. She has cooked for small gatherings, couples and cocktail parties, large events to full dining rooms.
